"Albarino comes from Chamlija Dikalan and Tozaklı Vineyards. Dikalan Vineyard has 280 m altitude and soil type is quartz stone, fossiliferous clay and chalk. Tozaklı Vineyards has 250 m altitude and soil type is red clay with quartz pebbles.
WINEMAKING
The grapes were pressed whole bunch with maximum 0.6 press bar. The Albarino juice was fermented in in French oak barrels and The Narince juice was fermented in French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks at 12 C. About 50% of Narince was barrel fermented in French oak barrels and kept in steel tanks for ageing.
TASTING NOTES
High-altitude vineyards on the foothills of Strandja gives a rich nose of acacia blossom, mango and peach. Very round, creamy palate. A rich middle palate with peach and apricot flavors. Long salty and phenolic finish"
